• ¾ Cups of Oregano
  • ¾ Cups of Water
  • ½ Cups of Olive Oil
  • 2 Branches of celery
  • ½ dried sweet red pepper
  • Garlic, Salt and Pepper

Cut the dried sweet red pepper in small cubes and put aside to add to the chimichurri. Afterwards cut the celery and do the same with the garlic.

Once you have everything ready, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them.

Put the mixture one day to rest so the taste intensifies.

And done! Now you have a very delicious sauce to season your meals.
