Bruschettas

  • Garlic Bread in Slices
  • Finely chopped Chives
  • 1 Tomato
  • 100g of Tofu
  • Soy Sauce

PREPARATION

Put the slices of garlic bread to toast then put them aside in order to prepare them. Cut the tomato in slices and fry them a bit in a pan.

Cut the tofu in cubes and put them into a bowl with some pepper to season it.

Once the bread turned gold, place a slice of the fried tomato on it and do the same with the tofu cubes. Finally, decorate it with chives and some dry spices of your choice.

Repeat this process with the slices that are left.
Lastly put the finished bread slices on a dish and decorate the meal with some soy sauce. This fast you can make delicious Bruschetta!
